No one called me after my oil change was done. I had an appointment Tuesday morning and no one ever called me to tell me it was done. My dad work there and the next day he had to ask them if it was done.
You guys always do a great job and I'm sure I'm just being petty about this. But I will mention the only thing I was surprised by was that the car didn't get washed this time. I will say I was disappointed, but with all that's going on in the world today, I think I'm being petty. There is no question I will be back when my oil needs to be changed again. Thank You.
I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER HERE FOR MANY YEARS--WITH MARTIN CHEVROLET AND NOW GARBER. I HAVE PURCHASED MY LAST FOUR VEHICLES HERE AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY REGRETS , MISUNDERSTANDINGS OR ANY BAD MOMENTS. I HAVE RECOMMENDED GARBER TO MANY; INCLUDING SOME RELATIVES WHO ARE NOW HAPPY CUSTOMERS HERE.

Garber Chevrolet Saginaw Service was able to get me in on short notice even with their busy schedule....they performed my service on time and best of all, communicated via text when they started and called me direct when they finished. There were no surprises and communication was great! Thanks, I will definitely be back (but hopefully later than sooner)!
I have never met anyone who could make me spend 38,000.00 dollars on something I didn't think I wanted. Rudy Steinert did it. We are so happy with this choice. If Rudy ever leaves, I hope it is to a Chevrolet dealer because we are going with him!
